Use the truck/trailer lot just beyond the car lots. It's next to the rodeo arena.
Clean, level asphalt with 10 marked truck/trailer spots, but another 10 rigs would fit easily along the parking lot perimeter.

This is 25 miles west of Tallahasse and very close to I-10, but seems to be rarely used by trucks/RVs. This is not the normal casino. There are no slot machines, there's no smoking allowed inside, and it's all table games, primarily different types of poker and its derivatives. There are also two different rooms for wagering on horse racing. They offer poker lessons for free. There is a nice bar and a snack and sandwich menu.

This is an extremely convenient location along I-10 just west of Tallahassee. It's open until 4am weekdays, and 24 hours on the weekend. I called to see if overnight RV parking was allowed and the nice lady said absolutely no problem. They have more parking room than takers.
